Programme Advisory and Management

Our work with the central, state and district government and administrative bodies focuses on systematic large scale collaborations across multiple intervention areas.

Our Programme Design and Management experience has included:

Working with the office of a Minister of State, MeitY to develop policy, research and strategic inputs on tech policy issues along with insights on key macroeconomic indicators and their impact on the IT/ITeS sector
Anchoring the execution of the model schools programme including strategic planning and adaptation, operating rhythm and programme management, government liaison and engagement, ecosystem engagement and concurrent monitoring and learning across interventions focused on four broad themes – capacity building, in school demonstration, community engagement and governance
Supporting a state government in strengthening delivery of health services in partnership with a large family-run foundation by identifying gaps in health services, making recommendations for improving the system and devising and coordinating a roadmap and operational plan
Supporting a government department in increasing collaborations between the government and corporate CSR to expedite the process of meeting SDG-linked state priorities through organisation of ecosystem level events and evidence based decision making
Providing research, planning and programme delivery services to a project supported by the World Bank, including aligning with stakeholders and planning for the project, creating and executing training programmes and extending technical support for scaling up community capacity building models.

The recent rise in the ESG movement along with forays being made into sustainable investing by organisations, companies and governments require some form of regulation and benchmarking. This is primarily to evaluate the performance by way of using benchmarking tools to assess, compare and qualify through standard ESG and sustainability indicators.
