The programme focuses on scalable solutions that replace high-emission, energy-intensive technologies, targeting sectors like sustainable mobility, last-mile connectivity, logistics, green buildings, consumption management, agriculture, upcycling, and waste management.
OUR APPROACH

- Assessed the corporate’s existing interventions to evaluate relevance and impact.
- Developed a 3-year strategic plan aimed at positioning the corporate as a thought leader in sustainable mobility and infrastructure, in collaboration with NSRCEL-IIMB.
- Coordinated 100+ mentoring sessions and tailored support for startups, offering sector-specific guidance and market access.
- Facilitated the allocation of over €1.65 million across 2 cohorts, supporting startups through grants and customised mentoring.
OUTCOMES and IMPACT
- Supported 20 ventures with comprehensive mentoring, resulting in strategic growth, securing funding, and improved communication with stakeholders.
- Ventures which secured the funding experienced increased monthly revenues, expanded customer bases, and created new jobs in the sustainable mobility ecosystem.
- Some ventures developed innovative solutions in public transport connectivity and drone-based toxic material inspections.
