The objectives aligned with national priorities, including the National Education Policy 2020 and the National Youth Policy, with an emphasis on career and life skills, STEM education, and holistic learning.
OUR APPROACH
Sattva’s Strategic Approach for this Education Flagship Programme: Future-ready Model School
- Sattva structured the programme as the Future Ready Model School initiative, addressing core educational challenges through infrastructure enhancement, teacher training, and skills-based student programs. Their phased approach included:
- Infrastructure Development: Upgrading WASH facilities, libraries, and ICT labs to improve attendance and retention.
- STEM and Edtech Labs: Establishing STEM labs to nurture science and technology skills, paired with edtech learning resources for personalised education.
- 21st Century Skills Labs: Setting up vocational and entrepreneurial centers, offering career guidance, and introducing 21st-century skill-building programmes.
- The programme was rolled out across three stages over four years, with defined budgets and implementation steps per stage.
- Sattva also incorporated Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) to ensure measurable progress and data-driven adaptations.
OUTCOMES and IMPACT
The programme (yet in implementation) aims to achieve significant impact in several areas:
