    2. This Privacy Policy is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of our Website www.sattva.co.in (the “Website”).

The Website is owned, registered and operated by “Sattva Media and Consulting Private Limited” (the “Company”), a company registered under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 (bearing CIN: U74300KA2009PTC049429) and having its registered office at 294/295, 2nd Floor, Amar Jyothi Layout, Domlur, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560 071.
    4. This Privacy Policy covers: (i) the personal information collected from the users through the Website; (ii) the purpose, means and modes of usage of such information; and (iii) how and to whom such information which has been collected will be disclosed.

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, wherever the context so requires “you“, “your” or “user” shall mean the subscriber to the Website or any others accessing the Website, such as personnel belonging to partner organizations (i.e., NGOs). The term “we”, “us”, “our” shall mean the Company. All the terms and conditions with respect to: (i) licensing and usage of the Website; (ii) obligations of the Company; (iii) obligations of the user; (iv) confidentiality and data protection obligations; (v) limitations and disclaimers with respect to the usage of the Website; (vi) warranties with respect to the Website and such other terms and conditions in relation to the subscription of the Website, shall be governed by the Terms of Use.

    This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles. The courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising in relation to, or under, the terms of this Privacy Policy. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru and agree to waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts.
