Shruti Bharath brings 14 years of diverse experience working across the private sector, nonprofits large and small, social enterprises, start-ups and now social impact consulting.

As Head Central Delivery Products, she leads an intrapreneurial unit at Sattva, with a unique mandate to productise critical consulting services that will help scale our business to the next level.

Before joining Sattva, she was the Senior Project Manager at TechnoServe. Shruti holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering Degree, Biotechnology from CMR Institute of Technology. She has also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Masters in Business Administration and Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She is a three time gold medal recipient. She won an award for best research for her report on life skills education at TISS Mumbai, Dorabji Tata Trust Scholar selected for Academic Merit in 2016, and is an IDEX fellow on full scholarship from Monterey School of International Studies.
