Shashikiran is a Partner and Senior Advisor at Sattva and leads the Foundations Business Unit.

He brings over 20 years of experience in the Corporate and Startup ecosystem with experience in Supply Chain Management, Product Management, Data Analytics and Consulting, across multiple industries including retail & e-commerce, automotive & after-market, agri-produce and chemicals. He has worked in India, Middle-East and North America over the last 20 years.

Prior to Sattva, Shashi founded and led the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Practice at Tredence Inc., and prior to that, worked in senior leadership roles in Amazon, Chai Point and Miebach Consulting. He has also been a growth and operations advisor to multiple organizations with a specific focus on SCM and Analytics. 

Shashikiran holds an MBA in Operations and Finance from IIM Lucknow, and a Mechanical Engineering degree from UVCE, Bengaluru.
