She has worked across industries including blockchain technology, BFSI, education, skill development, state governments, academia, and CSR.
As the Lead for Digital Transformation at Sattva, Shagun is responsible for overseeing the organisation’s internal digitisation initiatives, driving the adoption of technology, and ensuring overall information security. Her role involves helping the organisation use technology-based solutions to solve complex business problems and managing business processes at scale.
Prior to Sattva, Shagun worked as the Assistant General Manager at EMURGO Academy. Over the course of her career, while working with organisations like BSE Institute and IL&FS, she has led sizeable teams and has been adept at designing and improving business processes, executing strategies for process optimisation and leveraging technology to streamline operations, simplify complex processes, and empower teams to work more collaboratively and productively.
In her last assignment Shagun was instrumental in conducting a detailed analysis of global best practices during the pandemic that ensured business continuity of a technology startup.
