Shagun Bahadur

Lead - Digital Transformation

Shagun Bahadur comes with 15+ years of rich experience in the corporate and social impact sector with an expertise in strategies for delivery and operations of large-scale skilling- upskilling interventions using new age technologies. She has worked across industries including blockchain technology, BFSIS, education, skill development, state governments, academia and CSR.  

As the Lead, Digital Transformation at Sattva, Shagun is responsible for the organisation’s internal digitisation initiatives by driving adoption of technology. Her role involves helping the organisation use technology-based solutions to solve complex business problems and managing business processes at scale.

Prior to Sattva, Shagun worked as the Assistant General Manager at EMURGO Academy. Over the course of her career she has led large teams, and is adept at designing and improving business processes and capacity building of training delivery and operations teams. Shagun was instrumental in conducting a detailed analysis of global best practices during the pandemic that largely shaped the business continuity plan of a technology startup.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Tourism Management Degree from Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management. She also earned a Post Graduate in Business Administration, Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
