Santosh Abraham brings 19+ years of hands-on experience working with individuals, stakeholders and diverse groups in the development sector.
He has extensive experience working in the areas of at-risk communities, inclusion, livelihoods and employability, digital literacy, and skill development programs. As Principal and Lead Government Engagement at Sattva, Santosh is responsible for enabling effective engagement between Sattva and government stakeholders. His role also involves devising strategic partnerships for visibility and building the organisation’s capability through curated events and workshops. He is accountable for identifying government demand for Sattva’s products and services and enhancing Sattva’s visibility in the government ecosystem.
Before joining Sattva, Santosh was the Vice-President of NASSCOM Foundation , leading strategy, stakeholder management and also led the disability vertical. Over the course of his career Santosh has taken on various roles including business development, project management, government engagement in International and National NGOs and the social arm of the IT-BPM Industry trade body, NASSCOM Foundation.
Santosh holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce Degree from Loyola College, Chennai. He also has a Masters in Social Work, Medical and Psychiatric Social Work from Madras Christian College (MCC)
