Rathish Balakrishnan comes with 20+ years of experience across the corporate and social sector. As Partner and Managing Partner at Sattva, he brings his extensive experience in conceptualising and implementing large-scale solutions that brings together leading foundations, corporations, civil society organisations and the government.

He has deep and wide-spread hands-on experience across a wide range of sectors including education, healthcare, skill development, livelihoods, women empowerment, forced labour, and child rights. Rathish has contributed at both state and national level policy discussions across education and skill development. Prior to founding Sattva Consulting, he worked at SAP Labs. His last role at the technology company involved driving cross product management initiatives across SAP Middleware Technology Platform.

Committed to ending poverty, Rathish is a lifelong learner deeply curious about the systems that perpetuate inter-generational poverty. He is a published author and TEDx speaker.

Rathish holds an M.Sc degree in Information Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
