As a partner at Sattva Consulting, Pradeep leads incubation of multi-stakeholder collaboratives. He is focused on demonstrating how collaborative action can lead to systemic transformation in solving large and complex social problems. He has developed a lot of experiential knowledge on what kind of problems are collaboratives best suited for and what collaborative structures are effective given the problem context. 

As an education sector leader, he has worked in different contexts like incubating collaboratives, reforming public education, driving learning outcomes for Edtech, building private school networks, education ecosystem development , and consumer market development.
