Nishkarsh Swarnkar comes with 12+ years of experience across the corporate and social sector with roles spanning across business and technology consulting, fintech, and social impact. His various assignments have helped him become adept with go-to-market strategy, business analytics, operations, process improvement, stakeholder management, business strategy, program evaluation, public policy, public health and more.

As a Senior Engagement Manager at Sattva, Nishkarsh leads strategy, design, experimentation and program management for initiatives that help improve public services. He works closely with  non-profits, funding organisations, state governments and technical partners to co-create and test scalable solutions.

Before joining Sattva, Nishkarsh spent over seven years working with ZS Associates, a global sales and marketing consulting firm, serving healthcare and aviation clients. Apart from this, he’s worked  for an early-stage fintech startup in the space of mobile trading, and a social enterprise offering water filters in Africa.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal. He also has a graduate certificate in Public Policy from the Takshashila Institution.
