Mohana T Rajan brings over a decade of experience across the corporate and social impact sector. 

As Associate Principal at Sattva, Mohana works with multiple business units (BUs) within Sattva to leverage knowledge and insights for the Corporate and Sustainability and Business Advisory (SBA) BUs to provide strategic advice. She also oversees all CSR strategy engagements with clients. 

Before joining Sattva, Mohana worked as an Executive Assistant to CEO at Nuline Technologies. She started her career as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company before embarking on an alternative path as a Legislative Assistant to Jyotiraditya Scindia at the Lok Sabha, working on key pieces of legislation and constituency projects. This was followed by a brief stint at her family business in mechatronics before committing herself fully to the impact sector.

Mohana holds a Bachelor’s in Technology in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal where she was a university gold medalist. She also has an MBA from IIM Bangalore where she won the PepsiCo Young Leadership Scholarship. In addition to the above degrees, Mohana has completed a part-time Post Graduate Diploma in Facilitating Governance Reforms from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
