Manoj Kumar is a Senior Engagement Manager in the Agriculture Practice at Sattva Consulting with over 17 years of experience in agriculture, rural development, and agribusiness. His expertise includes agriculture strategy, sustainable supply chains, value chain development, regenerative agriculture, farmer income enhancement, FPO strengthening, and market systems development.

Manoj has extensive experience in program design, PMU support, ecosystem building, and translating strategy into large-scale on-ground implementation through partnerships with NGOs, farmer institutions, and the private sector. He has worked closely with several Central and State Government departments, including the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, on agriculture and rural livelihood initiatives.

Prior to Sattva, he worked with PwC and TechnoServe, supporting large scale agriculture program implementation, agribusiness investments, entrepreneurship promotion, and value chain transformation. Manoj holds a strong academic background, with graduate degrees in Agribusiness Management from the National Institute of Agricultural Marketing (NIAM), Jaipur, and
Agriculture Sciences from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar.
