Debaranjan is a Partner and leads the Agriculture Practice Area at Sattva Consulting. 

Debaranjan is an accomplished development professional with more than 19 years of experience in program design and management, policy advocacy and team management to drive the delivery of innovative and results-oriented solutions for agriculture development, food, and nutrition security. Debaranjan previously held leadership positions at a multitude of development agencies, namely, IFPRI, TechnoServe, Michigan State University to lead high-impact, transformative programs with donors like BMGF, USAID, FCDO, World Bank and leading private corporations.

Debaranjan holds a graduate degree in International Public Policy from SAIS, Johns Hopkins University, USA, MBA (Agribusiness Management) from the NIAM, Jaipur and a Master’s in Agricultural Statistics from Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar. He has an undergraduate degree in Agriculture from OUAT.
