Bobbymon George brings nearly two decades of experience in the social impact space and has worked extensively in the education, livelihood and health sectors. He is particularly adept in organisational strategies, theory of change, designing and executing various types of measurement studies, and stakeholder management.
As the Partner and Head of Impact Measurement and Advisory at Sattva, Bobbymon is responsible for driving strategic growth of the organisation. He is part of leadership and leads a team of 70 + members to deliver 100 projects in a year. His role also involves building thought leadership in the eco-system by facilitating meaningful interactions to engage stakeholders.
Before joining Sattva, Bobbymon worked as a Consultant at ESAF Microfinance and Investments. Over the course of his career he has designed and executed over 300 social impact studies. He has been involved in developing and publishing a life skills measurement tool that has been published and is available for further use.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Masters in Social work, Community Development. Bobbymon is also an Alumni of INSEAD where he pursued the INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Program, Entrepreneurial Studies.
