Rahul is part the Consulting Services team in Mumbai, with experience working on organisational development with both small and large NGOs, CSR design and implementation, development impact bonds, fundraising and impact assessment.
His diverse experience in the development sector has evolved from his time working at the grassroots level in Ahmedabad, India, to community organising in his hometown of Washington, DC, consulting with social organisations across domains and managing multi-year development projects. Prior to joining Sattva, Rahul worked with TechnoServe India where he managed a CSR funded accelerator programme for women-led social enterprises and NGOs, and a USAID funded project transferring frugal agricultural innovations from India to Africa. In addition to his development sector work, he has five years of progressive experience in corporate finance with industry leading, Fortune 500 corporations in the United States.
Rahul has an MBA and an MS Finance from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business and an Executive Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Georgetown University.
Satvika provides strategic advise to international clients at Sattva.
She has also worked with large scale foundations, social enterprises, consortiums and organisations in designing and implementing key strategic solutions and programmes in India.
Satvika’s foray into this sector began early, when she volunteered part-time with Mr. Maheishgirri (current Member of Parliament) in his political campaign on key health initiatives. She was a founding member of the LSR chapter of the international social entrepreneurship society, Enactus, as a part of which, she enabled farmers to transition from chemical farming to organic farming and helped their wives gain alternative means of livelihood, thereby increasing the average household income. As a Young India Fellow, she worked with a Dalit Youth Advocacy Organisation to help them address key operational challenges and address gaps in effective engagement with the youth. She strives to marry her business knowledge with the social context to achieve impact outcomes. She is dedicated to working with social entrepreneurs to bring innovations to scale

Parnika is a part of the Consulting Services in Delhi, working across various sectors such as livelihoods, skill development, education and education technology.
Before Sattva, she has experience in the social impact consulting sector, engaging with corporates, foundations and NGOs focusing on research, implementation, programme management, and monitoring and evaluation. She has been a part of multiple field studies while pursuing her graduate degree, spending time in rural Maharashtra with local communities for identification and mapping of their socio-economic status. During this time she also co-founded her own philanthropic venture which won accolades from an international inter-governmental organisation. At Sattva, she has been instrumental in establishing and managing an entrepreneur-led apparel micro enterprise in rural Uttar Pradesh, and has also worked with a key client in designing and executing a lean pilot for micro enterprise and entrepreneurship development in UP. She has worked with key clients in the Delhi region such as Rockefeller Foundation, HCL Foundation, Central Square Foundation, and Tata Capital.
Parnika has a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences and Master’s in Development Policy, from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
Atul is with the Consulting Services (Implementation) team, heading project teams and working with key clients in the Delhi region.
He has over eight years of experience in the social sector, working across the spectrum – as a Gandhi Fellow for Kaivalya Education Foundation in Rajasthan, as a recruiter for the Fellowship in South India, a Project Manager at Piramal Foundation, leading a cohort of 1000 beneficiaries for a livelihood program in Uttarakhand, and as a part of the Uttarakhand District Disaster Management Team to build a Livelihood Action Plan for the district. At Sattva he has led multiple projects working on CSR strategy formulation, organisational development, mobilisation, programme management, implementation of a livelihood programme, social audits, partner due diligence and assessments.
Atul has a Bachelors in Commerce from the University of Delhi.
Richa is part of the Consulting Services team in Delhi, helping organisations design and implement effective social development models.
Prior to Sattva, she worked in strategy and marketing and consulting roles across diverse industries such as Oil & Gas, Recruitment, Construction and Business Process Services. She then realised her passion for social development and worked in early stage start-ups and consulting firms that helped people realise their unique human capabilities at a scalable level. Her interests lie in designing and developing scalable solutions to solve livelihood and education related challenges in the country.
Richa holds a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay and a Minor in Industrial Design from IDC, IIT Bombay.
Pragya is part of the Consulting Services team in Delhi, leading delivery for clients in the education sector for bringing systemic transformation at scale.
She has over 5 years of experience across multiple functions such as product management, sales strategy, operations management and analytical consulting. At Sattva she has worked as part of a USAID Program called Securing Water for Food, supporting 5 different social enterprises from across the globe (India, Bangladesh, South Africa, Ghana and Mozambique) on their business models, end-to-end marketing and sales strategies, organisational and financial models, value chain mapping, and business system integration.
Pragya is a Chemical Engineer (B.Tech & M.Tech) from IIT Bombay.
Aditi is part of our Consulting Services team in Delhi, managing projects in the education and livelihood domains.
Before Sattva, she had a career in risk consulting and corporate fraud investigation with KPMG and EY, gaining an exposure to the impact that corporate supply chains have on the lives of the labour force. This led her to the development sector and the Gandhi Fellowship, where she worked with the education sector. She also learnt more about the lives of the labourers by living with them for a month in the slums of Mumbai, working on labour jobs with their families and exploring business models which enable better livelihoods for them. At Sattva, she continues to work on issues at the cusp of business and social impact.
Aditi has an MBA from Said Business School at the University of Oxford, where she was a Weidenfeld Hoffman – Louis Dreyfus scholar.
Anjali works in the design and implementation of Gender Diversity Solutions as part of the Solutions team in Bangalore.
She has prior work experience in both the private and development sector. Post her work with L&T as a process engineer, she interned with a CSR foundation in the design of their women’s livelihood programme as part of the Young India Fellowship (Ashoka University). She has also managed a sustainable livelihood project for an NGO in Hyderabad. At Sattva, she has been involved in the end-to-end programme execution and monitoring of a CSR pilot initiative aimed at the skill development of women for customer experience roles.
Anjali holds a Bachelors in Technology (Chemical Engineering) from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
Mohana Rajan is part of the Consulting Services team in Mumbai.
Prior to Sattva she has worked in the corporate as well as development sectors and as a Legislative Assistant to Mr. Jyotiraditya Scindia. She has worked with Foundations, Philanthropists, Corporate CSR and Non-profits in the areas of skill development, healthcare and children with special needs. She is passionate about gender equality and is keen to look into innovative models that can emulate corporate success in the development sector.
Mohana is a mechanical engineer from NITK Surathkal and a graduate of IIM Bangalore.
Minu leads Consulting Services (Implementation) initiatives in Bangalore, building capability of NGOs and similar organisations to enable them to multiply their impact on ground in a large scale, sustainable manner.
She started her career as a software development consultant with IBM and SAP. She then went on to do a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management with Institute of Rural Management (IRMA). She then joined Coconut Development Board (CDB) as a consultant, working on capability building, training, establishing systems and processes, and monitoring and evaluation.
At Sattva she has worked with CSRs to design, implement and monitor flagship programmes. She has worked with NGOs to define their overall strategy, build organisational and programmatic capabilities as well as support with fundraising strategy.
Minu is an engineering graduate from College of Engineering Trivandrum and has a Post Graduate degree in rural management from Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), Anand.
