Kumar Das has 12+ years of experience in Evidence Uptake, Research, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning, Policy, and Programme Management.

As a Senior Engagement Manager at Sattva, he effectively manages multiple research and evaluation projects. He also engages with clients and communities to understand program objectives and impact assessment outcomes, designing relevant methodologies for impact evaluation study across sectors including health, education, skilling, gender and agriculture and livelihood.

Kumar Das has an MSc in Social Policy and Development from London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE) and an MA Development Studies from Institute of Development Studies (IDS), University of Sussex. He is currently also pursuing a PhD in Social Policy from Centre for the Analysis of Social Policy, University of Bath.
