Devika Rajeev has 13+ years of experience across global and domestic organisations in the area of talent management and engagement, people operations, and learning and development. 

As Sattva’s Head – People and Culture, Devika is responsible for talent acquisition, people operations, and learning and development. 

Before joining Sattva Consulting, Devika spent over two years at Ola Cabs as an Human Resource Business Partner and was part of the team tasked with setting up the company’s people processes. Prior to this, she has spent considerable time at large corporations including Wipro Limited and leadership consulting firm Heidrick & Struggles, where she worked with leadership teams across India and Sri Lanka. 

Devika holds an Honours degree in Mathematics from Delhi University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI School of Business and Human Resources, Jamshedpur.
