Devanshu Ralhan brings over 12 years of consulting experience working at the intersection of strategy and program management and has been a trusted advisor for the Central and State Governments in India as well as Foundations, global non-profits and CSRs.

As the Business Development Lead for Foundations BU, Devanshu is responsible for driving growth by orchestrating, catalysing and enabling impactful solutions aligned with the SDG 2030 agenda.

Before joining Sattva, Devanshu was an Associate Director at Ernst & Young India, leading the WASH portfolio for Government and Public Sector clients. With extensive on-ground experience, Devanshu has worked on a range of engagements aligned with Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) and Atal Mission For Rejuvenation And Urban Transformation (AMRUT).

Devanshu is a PMP certified professional and holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from CEPT University, Ahmedabad. He also has an MBA in Infrastructure Management from NICMAR, Pune and a Diploma in Real Estate Laws from ILS, Pune.
