Atma CP comes with 15 years of robust learning and organisational development experience across  industries. She is adept at enabling learning systems and processes, managing employee life cycle and conducting various operational and transition projects. 

As the Lead for Learning and Development at Sattva, she spearheads all L&D initiatives across the organisation. 

She holds a degree in Biotechnology along with an NLP certification and is a Certified GMP trainer and Certified L&D Manager.
