Ananya has 11 years of an overall work experience, with eight years working in the development sector. He has mostly worked with Governments and Public Sector and has an extensive exposure working in Odisha.

Ananya has previously worked with organisations such as CDD Society, Ernst & Young LLP, Janaagraha, Centre for Policy Research, among others.

Currently at Sattva, he is responsible for managing Sattva’s engagement with NITI Aayog.

Ananya is a Post Graduate in Engineering Project Management from University of Leeds and has a Bachelors of Technology in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Silchar.
