Bobbymon George

Bobbymon is part of the leadership team and heads Impact Measurement and Advisory at Sattva.

He brings over 15 years of experience in the development sector, across program design, implementation, and Monitoring and Evaluation. He has designed and delivered more than 75 social impact assessment projects across sectors and geographies with large CSRs and Foundations such as Google, JPMorgan, ACC, Philips, L&T Infotech, L&T Financial Services, Dell and Fidelity. He has been instrumental in developing & publishing a Lifeskills assessment tool for youth.

He holds a master’s degree in Social work and is an alumnus of the INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Programme.

Atul Sukumar

Atul is a Senior Consultant in the Research Advisory team at Sattva, working on research-driven strategic advisory for large foundations and multilateral organisations, with a focus on gender and livelihoods. He co-leads our Retained Research and Advisory service offering, with a focus on delivering consistent and long-term value for development programmes and portfolios. He has worked across functions, including strategy design, advisory support, primary and secondary research, market entry and organisational diagnostics.

Atul’s background includes research on problems of economic policy, education, healthcare, and energy, and he has worked with a diverse range of organisations, ranging from consulting organisations and law firms to election campaigns. Prior to Sattva, he worked at the McKinsey Centre for Government as a Data Analyst, working with large datasets to analyse and understand the efficiency and innovation of the performance of governments and public sector initiatives across geographies and thematic areas.

He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, International Studies and Political Science from the University of Miami, USA.

Mohana Rajan

Mohana is part of the CSR team and leads the CSR Advisory unit for the West.

Her experience in the development sector includes work across strategy, implementation support, capacity building and assessments in multiple thematic areas such as skill development, intellectual disability, healthcare and women empowerment projects. She is passionate about gender, animal welfare and financial inclusion.
Her interest lies in maximising impact by translating corporate funds to relevance on ground through shared value interventions.

Her work in this sector started with a fellowship at the Lok Sabha with Mr. Jyotiraditya Scindia. Prior to this, she worked at Bain & Company as a strategy consultant and has also worked in the family electronics business.

Mohana is a gold medallist from NITK Surathkal, and has done her MBA from IIM Bangalore, and PG Diploma from TISS.

Sonam Angmo

Sonam is currently part of Non Profit advisory team at Sattva.

Her experience in the development sector has spanned a wide range of themes such as Maternal Healthcare, Adolescent girls’ Hygiene & Sanitation, Malnutrition in Children, Farm based livelihood project for SHG women, assessments, social audits and sustainable livelihoods. She is passionate about optimal use of natural resources, and about waste management and water saving methods.

Sonam is a graduate from Delhi University and has a Post Graduation in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), Anand.

Lakshmi Sethuraman

Lakshmi currently leads the health practice at Sattva and is an advisor across Sattva’s health projects working in partnership with clients to build relevant and system strengthening solutions. She has been with Sattva since 2010 and has led a diverse set of projects during this time working extensively with leaders of social organisations in building and scaling their operations sustainably. She has also worked with key CSR clients of Sattva in designing, implementing impactful programmes. She also set up the sales function at Sattva.

Prior to Sattva, Lakshmi has worked with the Manipal Group, Jubilant Retail and ITC Hotels across sales, business development and strategy functions. She holds a PGDM from T.A.Pai Management Institute and is an alumunus of the INSEAD social entrepreneurship programme.

Aarti Mohan

Aarti is a co-founder and Partner at Sattva Consulting and she heads the Research, Advisory & Programmes Practice at Sattva, that works closely with Foundations, Multi-laterals, and their ecosystems to deliver impact.

Aarti has over 12+ years of experience spanning consulting, research, content creation and business leadership at Sattva. As part of her earlier role leading Research Advisory, Aarti has led the creation of several flagship research and knowledge reports and multiple engagements curating knowledge exchanges in the sector bringing together funders, philanthropists, foundations, and non-profits; she has also spoken and curated discussions at leading conferences. Aarti supports the government advisory engagements that Sattva executes in multiple states in India on critical programmes. Aarti has led several research, programmes and ecosystem engagements looking particularly at women’s economic empowerment.

Aarti has a degree in computer engineering from BITS, Pilani and is an alumnus of the Management Programme for Women Entrepreneurs (MPWE) at IIM-Bangalore.

Rathish Balakrishnan

Rathish Balakrishnan is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Sattva Consulting. As part of his role, Rathish has extensive experience in conceptualising and implementing large-scale solutions that brings together leading foundations, corporations, civil society organisations and the government. He has extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of sectors across Education, Skill & Livelihoods, Women Empowerment, Migration and Child Rights.

Over the last ten years, Rathish has worked closely with leading non-profit leaders in enabling organisations in enabling orbit shifting change. Together with the non-profit leaders, Rathish has designed and helped implement long-term organisational strategies, operational effectiveness initiatives and rigorous governance structures that enable them to scale their impact. Rathish has contributed at both state and national level policy discussions across education and skill development. He is a published author and TEDx speaker. Prior to Sattva, Rathish worked across multi-national and international organisations across research, engineering, product management and corporate strategy divisions. He is a graduate from BITS Pilani.

Srikrishna Sridhar Murthy (Krishna)

Krishna is the co-founder and CEO at Sattva and is responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and impact of the organisation. Over the last decade, Krishna has been working with the leadership of Global Foundations, Social Organisations and Corporates to design and scale their social impact initiatives, across India, SE Asia, Africa and Europe. Krishna leads many collective impact initiatives across different themes like water, education, livelihoods and is an active member of the CII National Committee on Sports.

Krishna started his career as an early member of Dell R&D in India and was the Founding Partner of Longhouse Consulting, a boutique executive search firm focused on technology and emerging sectors in India. Krishna is an alumnus of BITS, Pilani and INSEAD and serves on the Advisory Board of multiple social impact and technology start-ups.
