Krishna heads Sattva Consulting and chairs the Sattva Board. Krishna comes with a strong entrepreneurial background in diverse areas like technology, theatre, the social sector and consulting. Krishna currently works as a Principal at Longhouse Consulting, an Executive Search firm, where he is responsible for overall strategy, business development and operations and spends regular hours at Sattva, leading consulting efforts. Krishna earlier worked as a Product Engineering Advisor at Dell R&D, where he led design and development for Dell's enterprise software products. He also played a key role in setting up Dell R&D's CSR initiatives, which was recognized by Dell Foundation. He currently serves on the Board of Dream a Dream and HuaDan (China) and is the Founder of "Version One Dot Oh!", an amateur theatre group based in Bangalore. Krishna holds a B.E(Hons) in Computer Science from BITS, Pilani and an M.B.A from INSEAD, focused on entrepreneurship.
