Tripti heads the creation and delivery of solutions for Funders and Social Organizations. Tripti’s work involves the co-creation and implementation of sustainable models on the ground, program development and management, organization capacity building, rural value chains, financial inclusion and micro entrepreneurship as part of multi-stakeholder solutions for social impact.
Tripti has extensive experience in creating and deploying social design research tools for low-income populations, implementing rural community engagement models, enabling the development of equitable value chains across farming and non-farming sectors, social innovation models with corporations and last-mile delivery models for enhancing access to essential services such as sanitation, water, healthcare, and energy. Previously, Tripti has worked as the Operations Manager at Ujjivan MicroFinance.
She has a Post Graduate degree in Rural Management from Xaviers Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and a B.Tech from Apeejay College of Engineering.
